IEC ENGINEERING PVT LTD Formerly known as (INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING CO) has been established in year 1969 by our founder Shri MOHAN S NIMKAR. The company primarily was engaged in supply of Rathi make Lovejoy couplings and Kirloskar pumps.
Initially company took small projects in Pharma and Petrochemical industries for supply of Pumps , couplings and motors . Since beginning company believed in philosophy of enduring the best products and services. In year 1969, M/s RATHI ENGINEERING SERVICES PUNE appointed IEC as a dealer for Baroda and around areas.. Considering the spread of the customer, a decision was taken in to appoint stockist in and around areas throughout the length and breadth of the state. The stockist took the responsibility of promoting and taking care of the service requirements and to meet demands.
In year 1988 company entered in Dealership with STORK PUMPS (I) LTD NOW KNOWN AS SPX FLOW TECHNOLOGY I LTD and with it product mix for various range of centrifugal pumps. The company with its hard efforts and customer services were awarded as best performing dealer. Our company by this time has already registered with various consultants across and were taking large share in pumps and coupling business.
By now company had got significant progress in various markets and industries like Petrochemicals, Pharma, Refineries and Waste water and at the same time demands of pumps were increasing for water supply and sewage scheme. The company achieved a great success in supply of Pumps and Couplings of best standard and special application, all of them were put into working with a dedicated team and expertise.
By 2008 Company joined hands with M/s ITT CORPORATION (I) PVT. LTD. (Now Xylem Water Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.) Originally from USA present across globe in 70 odd countries with sales revenue of over 5+ Billion dollar. We are the authorized distributors for Xylem for south Gujarat and mainly looking after 03 major products like Lowara Pumps, Flygt submersible pumps, Mixers and waste water products.

The company felt the need of infrastructure to meet, maintain and improve its growth rate, accordingly company opened up its new office in Baroda, and branch in Ankleshwar Dahej, surat and Vapi . We are having corporate office in Vadodara 3300 Sq. feet . We also have our own fabrication shop and godown with huge stock of moving product lines. We have our own team of engineers for any service issue and are totally independent to handle any service issue .
The company has over a period of time has extended the sales , coordination and service team and is today with strength of 24 members in the team. The network is planned and backed with sales & service staff to cater to needs of every region. Today IEC is proud to be associated with companies like SPX FLOW TECHNOLOGY (I) LTD, RATHI TRANSPOWER P LTD, XYLEM WATER SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD., 2L ENGINEERS, FLUIMAC AND LEAKPROOF as a distributor and has done justice to all its principals by maintaining excellent track record of sales and growth.
We are constantly putting in efforts to educate our customer on product knowledge and its application across industry and we do share our achievements in these fields by regularly having in-house technical presentation at customers end and also having customer meet on regular intervals which is backed by our principals for all support.
Much of companies success can be attributed to its excellent track records of cordial & customer relations. Today the satisfied customer include practically each and every type of industry and OEM's. The current year ended March 2021 did show the company to cross 19 Cr (INR) in mark.
